These services range from the design stages to long term asset protection, and include studies, design, development, leasing, tenant and property management, technical maintenance and renovation. Ségécé acts on behalf of investors for the acquisition of existing retail facilities or for the development of new schemes in which Ségécé can manage the conception and leasing.

Established in 1956, Ségécé has the experience of more than a hundred developments, of every size, in town centres and on the outskirts.

As continental Europe's largest manager of shopping centres, with interests in 10 countries through a network of subsidiaries or joint ventures, the group Ségécé manages 345 shopping centres (december 2004) and some 12 700 leases.

Ségécé is the oldest developer of shopping centres in France. Since 1998 the company has been a subsidiary of Klépierre, the real estate investment company of the BNP Paribas.
