 Ségécé acquires the full ownership of Ségécé Hungary after a buy-out of the hungarian subsidiary.
2004 Ségécé number 1 in Hungary
 August : The subsidiary Plaza Centers Management (50 % of Ségécé) manage 16 shopping centers in Hungary. 12 of them had been acquired by Klépierre in august.
 May : 10 May 2004, Klépierre signs a draft treaty with the Plaza Centers Magyarország company, 100% owned by the Israeli company Elbit Medical Imaging. The draft treaty is about the acquirement by Klepierre of 12 shopping centers within Hungary and about the participation of Ségécé in Plaza Centers Management managing company as a 50% partner.
